Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Movers of San Antonio website at moversofsanantonio.com, requesting a quote, or engaging our moving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Moving Services

Movers of San Antonio provides residential and commercial moving services in and around San Antonio, Texas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the customer; final charges may vary based on actual time, distance, and services rendered.

Rates are charged hourly. A minimum charge may apply. Travel time and fuel fees may be added to the final invoice. Current rates are listed on our Rates page.

Booking & Cancellations

Customers requesting cancellation should notify Movers of San Antonio as early as possible by calling (210) 348-8199 or emailing info@moversofsanantonio.com.

SMS / Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number to Movers of San Antonio — whether through our website quote form, by phone, or in person — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Day-of scheduling updates
• Post-move satisfaction surveys
• Google review requests following your completed move

SMS messages are sent via Twilio, our SMS service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information (SMS consent data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Liability

Movers of San Antonio is licensed and insured. Our liability for lost or damaged items is governed by applicable Texas law and the terms agreed upon at the time of service. We recommend customers declare high-value items prior to the move. Movers of San Antonio is not liable for pre-existing damage, acts of nature, or items packed by the customer.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at the time of booking. A convenience fee may apply to card transactions.

Website Use

All content on moversofsanantonio.com is the property of Movers of San Antonio. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
